Need Help!

  Hi Everyone! I'm a big fan of Singapore Airlines. I recently bought a A380 model aircraft from the Scale Nutz Productions website. Paid for it through Paypal and supposed to have it delivered with 2 days of my payment. Still waiting for it! They have deducted the $ for the aircraft. Sent emails to the website but no reply. What should I do?

  do not wait too long. try n get an answer frm them within 49days. if not call paypal to lodge a dispute n they will refund your money. call paypal for further info 65104650

  There is a problem with SIA models being sold to collectors at the moment. The best thing to do is open a dispute though paypal asking for your money back as they do take more notice to these.   i got my model already! ANGEL7030, my plane finally flew back from sydney! A few days after i posted this thread, i ordered an A380 from the Krisshop website, thinking that i wont bed getting my plane from SCALENUTZ. The irony is, a week later, Krisshop and Scalenutz sent me a plane each on the same day! Krisshop plane was much better quality though. More detailed than the Scalenutz one. That plane's vertical fin's tip seemed like it got burned and its bit like a blob. A big thank u for all you people's tips for getting the plane!!!!!!
