Sorry if I am grossly over-generalising. But it seems to me that the women, especially those who have worked for a long period, like to create unnecessary office politics on top of all the work we have to do. They tend to take things personally than objectively and can't seem to draw a line between work and personal feelings.
Why can't everyone work like men and be more bochup. Work is work, let's just get it done and over with and not create extra stuff. Office life too boring? Need to spice up meh?
What do you think?

be glad that PMS is there conveniently as an excuse.
some ladies can be very good at what they do and i enjoy working with them.
while some are just different. they do stuff differently in more of a slow manner and it pisses me off. but i got no choice.
