    • u mean ketamine? on the street it is called ice, but i never see it liquid form before, perhap you have to burnt it hot. Then when it cool down, it solidify again, the weight become lesser due to evaporation that took place. Nevertheless, it illegal ya.

      changing 1 gram of water into 1 gram of ice = no weight increase.

      changing 1 ml of water into ice also = no weight increase.

      changing 1cc of water into 1 cc of ice got weight decrease

      When water freeze... it expands... and thus the same weight but higher volume thus making it lighter in density, thus it floats.
