Theres a shop in IMM and its branch in Toa Payoh Entertainment Ctr and others which I duno, the stylists are Japanese trained, and gives good haircut with a cheap amount of $10.

that time i saw the news... got one salon offer 10 dollars hair cut.. the hair dresser all well trained one.. and the hair cut wun take more than 15 min.. but don know where is it. heard that got many outlets.

However, no washing or blow-drying services are offered.

There's a kopitiam across BATA shop. this hair salon is located along the same stretch as the kopitiam. u can identify it when u see Delifrance across the hair salon...near the Library. a very jap-looking salon. juz went for a haircut todae...
i look very different now...
even when i look in da mirror i also cannot get accustomed to myself...
but i dun think its cheap lah...
da haircut is $21 for any hairdresser $22 if u specify one... it includes washing hair n dry blowing... i heard da one at Far East is not bad... one hairdresser two gals to shampoo n blow(hair) den another for dying or something... or izzit head massage... can't rem i only rem got alot of gals... for one customer...
btw its called Supercuts...
