What is this shipping company named SAL?
havent heard b4 or seen any of its branches in singapore but its famous overseas..
then if i buy something on ebay that shipps via SAL to singapore how am i gonna collect it? Do SAL have branches operating here that their staffs can send the parcel right to my doorsteps? Or singpost is the one who sends the parcel to me?
can anyone kindly explain to me the process?

SAL is a method of transporting postage or parcel between countries via plane, not a company.
So if you are receiving it, it should be done by SingPost or whatever local postal company.

You can do it at the normal post office. Just ask them to send it by surface air lift.
