      , Flat around orchard area. Hopefully around an MRT station.

      Monthly about SGD400 toSGD 450 per month per person. Preferrably sharing. 2 person 1 room. So each pay around 400++.

      Student studying ACCA.

      Recommendations ?

      geyland and my joo chiat area here already 1k n above without even cooking, orchard where got so $400, even sleep at orchard bus stop also have to pay $500/nite.

      lets say 450 per person. 1 room for 2. Around orchard. some kinda student unit. Dun have to be smack in orchard, but maybe somewhere easy to go to orchard area through MRT. If there is none , then either up the price of rent or somewhere. Cause the place my friend stay is like room for 4. N need 2 bus to reach.

      I never stay in those flat units before so i am just asking if got or not. If not then any units MRT access and well, price as mentioned above.
