I had purchase a unit of LCD TV from Best Denki Great World City Branch. Everything was go smoothly. The sales been completed with delivery and installation schedule.
On 03/07, I received the TV on time. Unfortunately, the installer never turn up and no one call me (actual appt was 3pm - 6pm). When I call Best Denki GWC around 6.10pm, one guy name Alvin told me that Sony department incharge had closed for the day ask me to call him again tomorrow so that he can check why no installer turn up, he even gave me his h/p to ease our communication. I really appreciate it.
On 04/07, when I call his h/p to find our the outcome, he was not answer the call after few attempts. Finally, no choice, I call the branch customer service. The answer I get is Alvin is not working today. Then, I start to get mad about their irresponsiblities. After some conversasion, they confirmed that the installation had confirmed at 05/07 3pm - 6pm.
As I really doubt their words, so I called Sony to double ensure the appointment. The answer that I get is .. Best Denki GWC never made any appointment for my unit. Immediately, I called Best Denki GWC again to clarify. I have requested to talk to the branch manager but no one except the poor customer service lady dare to answer my question. I really disappointed about their service. This is the first time I experienced such unhappiness and this will also my last time visit this store again.
The re-appointment is on 05/07, hopefully everything will be on schedule.

Yo, we gals are not like this lah, we dun go in public and shout at pple, look awful lor, and beside, it spoil our image, we just want a good service, and Best Denki should provide good services and committed to their consigmented product.
Now you see, by hurting one customers, many will come to know, isn't that better than go shouting and in the end, pple at the back call us slut or whore///etc etc..no good. That is why i love the net.

Many jap companies and rest here, staff also singapore, but very gd services leh, some sent to japan to train, how come Best Denki like that one?? Look like all ah bengs, ah sengs, ah lians and ah Huas running the show.

man... that is extreme... lolyou know once i bought a tv from bd at ngee ann and supposedly it's to be delivered the week after. but the guy said if i paid him 10 bucks he will get it delivered on the same day. somehow i feel it wasn't part of the business... lol
