  Hi folks, yes got problem on that day too. Both my boss and I had the same problem. Can receive but cannot call out. It was resolved at around 8:45~9am

  i have been experiencing that for the past few weeks

  they come and do also no use

  must call and complain when ur phone is working

  If you mean getting signals from Celcom while in Pasir Ris, yep, I've got a problem on my network =S
