I have this. The 'light' on the umoment is soothing. Yes,it's worth the buy. The 'crickets at night' is my favourite :) and you know that nice feeling you get when it rains with thunder outside? I use that sound too sometimes haha. When i'm in a zen mood, i switch it to another of my fav which sounds like I'm in a buddhist temple :) There's a function where you extend and slow down the sounds.
