    • eheh recently i grew a tummy and i think its turning my wife off during our activity. im quite lazy to go out to jog so does skipping help? i dun need to lose weight, just get rid of all the blubber. and pls dun ask me go mary chia / take pills :( i tried during situps and crunches but someone told me those muscles wont show if i still got a spare tyre :(

    • yes, skipping helps, both in losing fat and improving your cardiovascular capability, provided you do it at a moderate pace and for at least 30 mins.

      If you want any "pills", I would only advise taking green tea extract, or drink more green tea.

    • on the tummy hopefully :D i used to do 2k skips everyday last time cause my cca bery hiong. now working world liao sibei sian.

      then train up till you can do it lor

      In my opinion, the main motive for training, other than asthetics, should be for functional purposes. Skipping trains your hand-eye coordination
