eheh recently i grew a tummy and i think its turning my wife off during our activity. im quite lazy to go out to jog so does skipping help? i dun need to lose weight, just get rid of all the blubber. and pls dun ask me go mary chia / take pills :( i tried during situps and crunches but someone told me those muscles wont show if i still got a spare tyre :(
