  so i am like organising a party for my friend to cater for around 50, surprise birthday party to be exact. but like, i got like a budget of 250 dollars only, i know la, no cash. maybe 300 most.

  i want the theme to be wedding cause she likes it but i have no idea where to host the location. the people attending are mostly around 16 - 18 and i hope someone here knows a thing about partying and a great location!

  tts like $60 per person only
  have to include location and food and decor (theme)
  
  how about try Friends at Jelita or Serangoon Gardens?
  i think just trash the theme and do the birthday bash as a birthday bash
  no alcohol
  
  the cheaper way, see if any of the frens stay in a nice condo with a nice function room.
  cater the food and spend the rest on the decor and booze

  Ayah, call up the yellow page and go for a best priced buffet spread lah.
  
  See if you can streeetcccch your dollars further by getting the ppl involves to make something extra - like drinks, fruit spread, BBQ, cake etc.
