  im a vietnam PR surfing my ns and ord soon in a few months. i plan to get a tattoo on my head but its my first. i went to many shops but they refuse to do it. any good recommendation for me?

  evening peeps

  for quite some time i wanted to get a tat, but dont know which shop is good and safe.

  can pls give some reccomendation? looking for good rep and safe place..budget is ok so long the place is safe like they 100% change new needle and stuffs.
