  That's the stupidest thing to do. Sending cash via mail. lol. Don't think Singpost allows it either(If i'm not wrong) read awhile ago that the max value can only be $50 OR if the the note is for a hobby/has other historical blah blahblah value then can send.. HE'S LYING! Get him to pay via paypal or some electronic method.
