  hokkien romanization very unfixed one hor...when i listen i listen it as si4 beh3 ge4 yan3.....means like...when someone does thing/stuff that would make another party left 'impressed' that person will just exclaim this phrase...it's like when a person do something cock then other will say he's beri 'cute' leh this kinda lor...
