Bring her to a cafe for coffee after lunch/dinner. Preferably a place with nice ambience.
Chit chat all the way and you will be surprised how much you know about her and she will get to know you better too.
When there is communication and laughter, you stand a better chance for subsequent dates.

i dont think going to watch a movie is a good idea cause you dont get to interact much with her. both sitting there like dead fishes. bring her for coffee as someone mentioned earlier, good way to get to know her. or since she is sporty, go pulau ubin and walk around together. then finish off with seafood dinner!
