  Been eating quite a bit of Roti John for breaking of fast....

  Simply put, it's lightweight, and it's easy for it to go down the hatch.

  After all, you should never, ever eat a heavy meal after 13 hours of hunger. That's a really good way to get your stomach to rebel and give you problems.
