anyone tried sending CDs through the post? like i put CD in envelope and mail it (from within singapore to singapore)
can it get past the check? (i think sometimes, when I courier CDs via DHL, it gets rejected)

Get a box, put your CD in a hard case and put plenty of bubble wrap around it before you mail it.
Otherwise, put your CD in a DVD casing before you mail it.
u can try registered mail if u want

I've received CDs via post from overseas without a hitch. Don't forget to add the message, DO NOT BEND.

I bought a 1 dollar bubble envelope from popular and sent it regular mail, without hard case
No problem mailing CDs within Singapore. Have done it many times. Just bubble wrap to protect the item.
