Millions of dollars or a good figure?

Lets say a genie offers you millions upon millions of dollars(more than enough to enable you to indulge in the hi life everyday till your death)...in return you have to become fat/skinny...and with NO CHANCE of becoming slim(for ladies)/buff(for guys) again...
Would you take up the offer? -
