actually when you all go to pubs and all the clubs, do ya'all care more abt the drinks or the crowd? I personally just prefer the company, and letting my eyes eat some ice-cream...

Not all adults drink alcoholic stuff when they gather.
Sometimes they do. I think probably it is for bonding, number 1. Number 2, somehow alcoholic drinks seems tasty for certain men. They prefer it. It is just like children prefer sweets or lollipops. When they grow up, their tastes evolve to alcohol, such as beer.

Because when one becomes an adult, the beauty of youth is slowly fading. The alcohol helps provide the illusion that one is better looking than he or she actually is, thus making conversation more conducive.
