  Normally if i am not happy i will stay at home.

  If problem is from home.. i will stay out. Go to a very quiet place like hotel lobby to have coffee sit there relax.. if really very very down will walk down orchard or go Kbox to sing my unhappy out.

  Else go for a super long bus ride..
