i'm...always tired. from when i wake up till i hit the sack again >.<
i get 7-8 hours of sleep on weekdays.
on weekends, i don't set the alarm, but i generally get between 7-10 hours of sleep.
no matter how many hours i get and whether i wake up naturally or what, i'm still tired.
i highly doubt it has anything to do with my diet. i eat a lot of spinach and lentils/
chickpeas. and beef. so i don't think i don't have enuf iron...
yes. i drink enough water. and i do exercise.
and i sleep fine. don't wake up multiple times a night or get crazy dreams...
can't book an appointment to see a doctor until tuesday. which means i probably won't get to see any doctor till friday anyway.
gah....it's been like this for a good couple of weeks already...>.<
Maybe its the timing in which u sleep?
actually same here. just constantly feeling tired. Maybe it's exercising that causes it

Hmm noahnoah older ppl don't need to sleep so much.. We young ppl need to sleep enough to avoid eyebags. : P
i try (and usually do) sleep before 12 on weekdays. and wake up between 7-7:30.
on weekends, no matter what, i do sleep before 2am (though usually i also do sleep before 12).
and in the past month, i've only pulled all-nighters twice. and i know that's not the cause of it......
i tell you it's the exercise. exercise is evil!!

Cause you procastinate too long, cause you to have a habit of feeling sleepy. Keep yourself active, it'll be gone soon.

Udon, maybe you lack of certain Vitamin like A, potassium, calcium, iodine ,protein etc... When i feel tired i will have banana and papaya. It is good source of energy food which contant lot of good mineral.
And also you can try some juices , soya milk and eat fish.

Doubt so, i think his/her diet should be ok, if not he will be quite ill now. Its all in his/her head, the brain is so used to inactivity that he/she feels tired all the time.

anyway, i don't get PMS-y or anything during that time of the month or anything anyway >.<
and no i'm not too healthy. ahahhahahaa. i still do things that are considered very unhealthy =P
my lifestyle has generally been the same for the past....many months.....sooo......it's just this tired thingy that's new >.<

Exercise improve circulation, allowing your brain more oxygen, so it can't be the reason of causing you to feel sleepy.

eeekz spinach tastes bad!! Maybe too much spinach? lol
anyway from my tiredness I think it's the exercise cos that's the only thing that I;ve changed.

no. not the weather. was never like this ever regardless of any weather. the heat though, makes me a very short-tempered person.
this is not normal
short days only piss me off because i cannot go out on my own after (for now) 7pm. hurhur.
