TORN US NOTE! how arh? help please. very urgent.

hi guys. i m flying off to hongkong on the 17th of nov already. just now wanted to go change money to HKD than i accidentally tore the USD into half. i scotsch tape the note than bring down to the indian money changer. he say hes sorry he cannot accept my US note because US note is very strict the regulations strict. i can't bring it to the bank as sunday banks do not open and monday 8am i am flying off already.
GUYS so help!! go where can exchange my torn USD note into HKD.
$50USD leh. its like$400 HKD alot of money loh.

haha, there was once I was paying for some donuts with a $50 note. It was a little crumpled, so I tried to smoothen it out while waiting for my donuts to be packed.
I tore the note into half in front of the shop owner.

only Banks will accept cos money changer using the normal USD scanner so if note is torn the machine will not work.
or change it at the airport during departure.
