They won't say anything because they have already pocketed the Net Present Value of all the future cashflow from the sale of electricity. By selling it all away, they are telling Singaporeans that the prices charged by these companies has nothing to do with Temasek or the government. Nothing could be further from the truth, because the price inherent in the purchase, the numbers that are used by the takeover company to determine the takeover price has the current profit figures (prices which are already overpriced).
