if not, go guardian, buy the aloe verla gel... a small bottle, cost ard 2 dollar plus. It can disinfect, & have good healing power.
It's tasteless, apply it onto ur ucler loh. -

do hv a habit of drinking lotsa water a day.... as for the ulcer... can try bonjola..... available at most chinese medical hall and clinics.... u will feel pain in the beginning but will be alrite after a few times applying to the affected area.....

At the chinese medicine shop, as for "xi gua siang" or Watermelon frost, I think. It's very good for ulcers.

Try to sleep early lah..lack of sleep can cause ulcers too. -
anyway if u feel that an ulcer is forming,ie u can feel that the surface of the inside of yr mouth is like tearing,quickly drink orange juice. sure wont form ulcers 1.tried tested proven
