if u just train in the gym for the sake of showing off to girls. then i suggest u go buy insurance.because there is a likelihood that u will overexert yrself because u are in a hurry and take steriods to get that muscular build.btw call an ambulance.

u dun have determination no use. so u must really be damn determined to do it lar. also i think regular whacking is more effective. dun train endurance train power-style, i.e. whack heavy weights a few times instead of light weights many times. eat the mass gainers also need knowledge 1.....ask those ppl when u buying -

You guys miss my point. I mean train to get a nice looking, artistic, symmetrical body, dun get too ripped (aka a bit smooth) also. Then 10 out of 10 girls will like you physically, that's for sure.

Tom Cruise- 6/10- Very slanted and narrow shoulder, short also.
Aaron Kwok- 7/10- waist too thick, no abdominal muscles also.
Ben Affleck- 7/10? Not big, last minute bodybuilder, no size, super smooth
For all the above our own James Lye will beat them flat. Now pay attention! James got very good shoulders, good height and slim waist. Not too big also. -
