that's assuming his ideology would be able to last until today.
i think even if he won the world in europe, he wouldn't be able to enter the US, so the world would be split into 3 main powers, us, japan, germany. i'm not sure if hitler would choose to take over the entire african continent or not, it might be possible though, for the oil reserves and the diamond mines. as for middle east... not very sure. the arabs may help him, since they're both anti jew, but what happens then? high chance of hitler taking over them as well.
for all we know, he might even turn on japan, just like he turned on stalin.
when hitler dies, he may have a successor, but will his successor be as competent as he is? the kingdom would probably be crumbling probably around the 90s, it would be too large to control.
it would be totally impossible for the entire world to come under the rule of just 1 man, the unpredictability (and stupidity) of humanity itself would make it impossible. even if he were to take rule the globe, it would just be in name, there would definitely be pockets of resistance all over. -
If he won, we would be typing in German now.

if hitler had won, we would still be under the rule of a dictatorship, albeit another dictatorship.
seriously, for all his twisted ideals, bigotry would have been rampant in his conquered nations and all other races would be made to serve the Arryans. he has stated in Mein Kempf that its is germany's right to expand into france, eastern europe and parts of russia. whether he was looking into world domination would not be too surprising. -
