  There is no ferry service to bring you there. Charter a boat at Clifford Pier or Jardine Steps (heard that Jardine Steps is closed for operation, so check out first). The boat can accomodates about 12 passengers.

  if Jardine Steps cannot...I think there is a place in Pasir Panjang opposite Haw Par Villa where U can find chartered boats...not too sure though...U have to check it out yourself...

  Yup Clifford and last time at WTC, used to take the bumboats. Went Sisters, Senang, Hantu <-- nice place.

  West Coast Ferry Terminal may have chartered boats too. Can check it out there.
