that teddy bear icon is not a virus..
its a java debugger manager which is installed when you install windows..
there may be another reason why your comp detects a error on starting up.. -

WINNT contains all the stuffs needed for your system to run properly..so by default things inside are all put as hidden files, so that you don't make changes to them accidentally.. -
