That's not a virus, people! Dun gong gong go and remove that jbgmgr file..if you look into your system carefully, you will see some other bear icons as well. jbgmgr file is necessary for java programs! Dun be conned!! Virus can infect the teddy bear icon but that icon is not a virus file, it is just some hoax mail being passing around. Unless your friends email you to inform about virus but usually the email management will not send you this kind of notice, whenever you receive this mail, don't act first but check out the anti-virus website to ensure everything is alright!
Even if your friends sent you to inform a virus, and the virus file it attached should not be linkable but just an image for reference. I believe your friends won't send the linkable file for you to click on it accidentally.
Somehow, the email that sent by friends about virus notices can also be send by worms or virus itself so be calm whenever you encounter this problem... situation may not be that worse!
