Sun's coming public concert is NOT a Christian event organized by the Church. Knowing Sun and her professionalism, the CHC Management Board is confident that it is going to be a great show, a time of wholesome family fun. In order to prevent a repeat of last year's unpleasant false charges, we do not want to give critical detractors the occasion to take any more accusatory potshots at us.
As such, the Management Board wants to make it very clear that:
A. NOT a single dollar is used from the Church's General or Building Funds to organize the event. The concert is put together by Unusual Productions, a secular event company that likes Sun and what she stands for.
B. Like any other concerts, Unusual Productions have found many corporate sponsors. NONE of these sponsors were approached or solicited by the Church.
C. NO ONE in the Church has been forced or pressured to go to the concert, buy CDs or join the fan club.
We are very proud of Sun and her achievements in America, Europe and Asia. We want to start the year right for her and for the Church. Please do pass this message around.

What would be more interesting to note is the church's organisation structure which still shows Ho Yeow Sun's position as a Reverend and a senior leader of the church. While it is normal for a lay leader to have a full-time occupation outside a church appointment, it is totally unnatural to have a clergy having another job outside. One that would take up so much of her time that it will be impossible for her to fulfil her other important roles in the church organisation structure.
It might be a good time for Sun to consider leaving her clergical appointment permanent and embark on her very successful singing career.

Strange, calling detractors, Satan... it does not matter now since HYS's last concert is a secular one, the church should not even raise a finger to support whatever criticism that will be raised against her, it is now no longer a CHC issue, but a public popularity issue.
By the way, her older release is being sold BELOW COST at Gramophone Records.

BETRAYAL! One on the greatest sin committed is when Judas soldout Jesus. When HYS said that she is not a pastor when she is already a reverend, it is a betrayal of one's Christian calling. The church is still unable to clarify her appointment, this make them a part of the lie. Now they are saying that her concert is purely a secular matter. Good, now her musical career is no longer a "ministry" as purported by her initially she will be judged on her singing career alone and the church can do nothing about it.
