my gf already left me for 1month+
still cannot get over it.....
espeicaly at late nite when i'm alone,i'll miss her very very much....
& almost dream tt i patch wif her few days a times,when i woke up it feels like shit........
i really dun understand why she left me, out of a sudden she changed to a diff person..........
she say i din put her 1st in my heart, she feel tt she's not important to me.....
but b4 we break we still ok... 1wk b4 we break its my 21th bday, my frens are going to celebrate wif me, but she says tt she want to be wif me so i cancel my bday celebration wif me frens, but in e end she came at 3am -_- my bday had pass.....wtf? & stright gone to bed to sleep, i was unable to contect her b4 she came & she din ans her phone.....
after tt day she was very cold to me for 1wk, when i called her or wanna date her out, she said tt she's bz & at e end we break i really cannot accept it..............realli dunno wat had happen, b4 my bday we still very very loving, tt's wat i feel ........i had beg her to cum back i can give up everything for her, i'll place her 1st in my heart whenever i do anything i'll think of her 1st, but she said she had no more feelings for me & after tt she starts to ignore me........dun ans my phone, reply my sms or e-mails........wat e hell happens, it's been 1 month i still trying hard to forget her,but whenever i dream of her coming back to me ....... i miss her again, very very much, haiz -

mayhap, it's best to try to stop thinking about her... and move on...

Does it even matter if you can find out anything?
Does it even matter even if she ran away with another guy?
The problem is she CHOSE to give up the relationship - and it's what that matters.
She has LOST feelings for you. Everything - ZERO, GONE, VANISHED.
Maybe it's just me - I don't even see a point to retain or even attempt to retain her back. These are the things that can never be recovered completely. Forget about it.
You can improve your flaws, but you can never source lost feelings back for her.

Sad to hear that your GF have left.
You will need time to forget about her.
Forget about patching up with her as I believe she have move on.
Find yourself a sport to burn off your energy and you will be too tired to let your mind wander.
