      i dunno if this is the rite section to post this thread but anyway i post it here

      i m a 16-yr old guy height 166cm only......since my puberty at 13, i notice that my friends now all very tall all 175cm n above only mi so short 166cm nia n since 13-yr old i hav grown less than 10cm can any1 help mi c if there is stil a possibility that i would b able to grow 10cm more this yr or next yr.

      Save up, go china n do leg op...

      they break ur leg n make u wear metal brace...

      Den i think u can grow up to 4 inches more... meaning around 10cm more..

      But u have to spend like 6mths in bed, 1 full yr for full recovery..

      Not cheap op...

      16 year old still can grow up taller.

      keep jumping for the max top, play basketball and drink milk.

      ask ppl to pull ur hand n leg together.. do this 3 times a week.. u can see that u already taller 5 cm in 1 month !
