      The Straits Times - 4 Mar 08

       

      A Chinese national who videotaped a woman in the shower with his mobile phone was jailed for two weeks on 3 Mar 08.

       

      Jin Dong Long, 20, an electrical and electronic component assembler, admitted to insulting the modesty of the 25-year-old woman in the kitchen toilet of a flat in Simei on 14 Feb 08.

       

      A court heard that the woman noticed the mobile phone stuck on the toilet wall after she had a shower that evening.

       

      The phone was on video mode.  She found a clip of herself in the process of showering.

       

      Pleading for leniency, Jin asked the court to give him a chance and said he wished to continue working here.

       

      He could have been jailed for up to one year or fined or both

      if i was the judge i wld give him 10 years jus for stupidity

      he was only jailed for 2 weeks and then let go so easily….......what a nice punishment

      They are enough of Edison Chen’s VID and photos on the net you do not need any more to complement them.

       

      The incident happened on 14 Feb 08 and the case was settled in court on 3 Mar 08.  This is very fast works on the part of the court and the police.
