The Straits Times – 6 Mar 08
An engineer who entered a women’s toilet on a polytechnic campus and peeped at a student was jailed for four (4) weeks yesterday.
Heng Joo Meng, 27, had trespassed on Republic Polytechnic premises on the afternoon of 14 Jan 08 and peeped at a 19-year-old student who was changing.
He fled when she looked up and saw him.
Heng, who pleaded guilty to trespassing, had the second charge over the peeping act taken into consideration.
He had two similar convictions in 2005.
He could have been jailed for up to three months or fined up to S$500 or both for criminal trespass.

Exactly. We need accurate statistics and photos of the places he was standing when he got caught. We must not make this mistake.

It is a very step penalty, 4 weeks for not seeing anything. That is why he was charged for trespassing, a lesser charge, I think.
