Well, I think ankle socks are a silly fashion fad which has nothing to do with functionality, health or comfort. I will never wear ankle socks myself.
On the other hand, I don't see any reason for banning ankle socks. Although I don't like them, I do not feel that they are unsightly or reflect anything bad about the students who wear them or their school. As long as the students are wearing socks it is ok to me.

Anyone has got the same problem? I keep getting disconnected from the game as soon as I log in. My internet connection goes down as well. It started after the latest patch.

I think instead of looking at physical training, the Army bigwigs should start looking at soldiers’ diet first. Cookhouse food is pretty unpalatable, and I suspect, not as healthy as it should be. There is also the issue of soldiers preferring canteen food to cookhouse food, which exacerbates the poor diet problem further.

So some lady's job responsibilities conflict with your own selfish interests and you act like a douche...well I'm sorry but people don't live to serve you so stop being a bitch.I agree, though I would've put it in a rather more diplomatic way.

Botak yes, but marching with bricks I don't know. I've personally picked up two detainees from DB during my NS days when they were released. One went in for AWOL, and the other for drug possession. Suffice it to say that they were pretty well-conditioned in there for obedience.

When I was serving NS, I had to help my CO, S1 and S3 make name cards. There’s a directive you have to follow, and that directive dictates the font size, layout etc, so that it’s pretty standard for everyone. The name cards are printed at the SAF printing centre at Pasir Laba camp, and you have to collect them from there.

We should trim down the civil service. It's not such an easy job as you think these days. Many teachers would like to teach well, but they are over-worked and hampered by bureaucratic inefficiencies imposed on them from up high.
