me always siam this kind of intw. coz to me they are just “killing their times” by mtg so-called suitable applicants. to me is waste of time. usually, i will ask for more info. n if possible i will prefer to go straight to meet up their client. or they hv to gimme more info. of the employer. should they hv more doubts will use email to communicate.

i know HDB is charging S$167.50 to do 3 rooms flat valuation.
any1 has any idea hw much does pte estimator charge?
or any1 hv experience dealing with this?

any property company can do valuation?
to sell a flat MUST pay property agent 2%?
if yes, hw come my sis-in-law can nego. till 1% huh?

small bottle sold in FP.
hv tried their 4 types of flavors (they hv more flavors)...all not bad.
i hv realised that bottles from FP have that triangle "healthier" choice if from others supermkt...there isn't any such logo printed.
so far FP is the cheaper S$3.65 for big bot.
smaller bottle come with 4 assorted flvor in a packing.

every rides along that road, will feel quiet and seem isolated from the busy road. old and wreckage bus stops remind u of the old days. even in daytime the road seems dim and soundless.
family members ever ganna dengue fever and minor accident there.
rmbr Diana Ser ever intw those workers along the road. Those workers said there was a lady commit sucide there, at times will feel her "presence".

that was 4 yrs ago, i hv been lured to that taka ofc. so called won 1st prize (was approached when walking along Orchard road).
1st prize - cruise ticket
consol prize - $80 CK Tang shopping vouchers
after an hour of "bombing", we still refuse to get into any of their packages. not only 1 "sales" even their ang mo directors get involved....
we leave the "talk" earlier w/o watching their video presentation...but we managed to take the consol. prize.
in the whole process, i feel suffocated. w/lots of round tables and ppl and noise levels...cant wait 2leave that place.

there is once my m-i-law had kopi "da bao" @counter. coz she wants the kopi in disposable foam cup. then she will occupy a table to drink her "da bao" kopi. 5 mins later, the "waiter" approached us..."did u bring this kopi from other place? coz here not allow outside foods & drinks."
she replied, i bought from counter.
after the "waiter" went off with slight blackie face, she told us that these kopi shop is very unhygiene, look @those glasses they using...so dirty. Esp. after she had eye-witness how the kopi shops cleaner wash the glasses.
we feel awkward
but
she is not wrong by doing that. sigh.... she even insist us to
drink from those disposable ware.
