went with my friend to buy this a few weeks ago at starhub shop.

with 2 yr contract, it's abt $388.. think the bluetooth headset is running out of stock liao. think the silver (graphite) one is running low also, so try to get it soon unless you don't mind the black or dun mind waiting for the next arrival.

Must say that the picture quality taken with the camera and the screen size is fantastic! It's function-packed, so much so that you need to take time to explore the menus to find where the common ones are "hidden", and to customise it.

One disadv is that the 2 panels doesn't seem to be well made. they are abit shaky, and the sliding is a bit rigid. Hopefully, after some time of use, it won't loosen too much.

But for the price, quality and functions, out of the available 3G handsets offered, i feel that this is the best deal.

If he collapsed at the swim, i would have understand.. but at the run? Weather was quite good for the run leh... and the water point was quite well-manned, got thick isotonic drink and Milo-"peng" somemore..

so sad..

Li Ka Shing, sounds like you were speaking from experience (or from somebody you know). how much was you/ he conned? how much of it was recovered?

it sounds like a scam to me..

the case depends on the agreement he signed betw with the investment company. try digging out all the email and mail correspondence with the advisor and to show that you have been misrepresented.. as in what they invested in was not what they promised you in the agreement.

Also, see whether you can find other people who have also lost money with the company. Then you can file a collective suit against the company to recover the money, or even, report the coy to the police for fraud.

but the best thing is to go to a lawyer and seek proper legal advice la..

hee.. reporting only 10 days after the dust has settled.

this is my very first marathon! for those who are scared are thinking of taking part, but are scared to try it, dun worry-> you can walk!! (cos that's what I did.. )
But of course you must also train up to a certain fitness level lah..

at bedok jetty (abt 25km) my knees just gave up on me cos of an old injury. so after that was a bloody long 17km walk back to the padang. wah.. felt like giving up, but luckily i didn't. Cos towards the end, everyone was just walking to the finishing line anyway, and there's nothing paiseh abt it.. (Plus, I wouldn't have got that nice finisher t-shirt if i had gave up ).

Finished in 5hr40m. My target next year will be to finish under 5
(that is, if my knee allow me. )..
