1. Spin on spot(Get the hang on how to spin), can do it at home too.
2. Try it on the lane on 20(Centre Arrow), 25 and 15. all heading towards 1/3 pockets, nothing else. (min. 3-5 games each)
Do up a table, Take own notes on each practises on the followings;
Where you stand(1st or 2nd row of dots on approach)? where you aim(which board)?, how many steps? hit/miss pocket?
Sounds simple enough rite?, try it out and come back tell us what is your findings/learnings
cool!
thanks for the tips, gonna get myself down to the alley in the afternoon for some spinning. Maybe check out ken's as well. many thanks

Hi guys,
I only recently adopted spinning and have yet to get my technique right. Any tips to throw a good spinner? I'm currrently bowling with houseballs at 11lbs. Spin doesn't seem to be fast enough. Noticed that my ball also tends to hook from the left to right by about 2 to 3 boards.
I'm a right hander with anti clock wise spin.
Pardon me as I am not good with the terminologies used in bowling.
Also, what kind of balls should a spinner use?
Looking to invest in equipment as well!
Many thanks!

but of course there are exceptions. Perfect eyesight requirement is more important for NDU i think since they have to dive.
