    • SG have too many People who tells you to work very very hard to help them idle.

Then again, it happens in other countries too.  Only thing is that you pay for what you want to get ? Or you make others pay to get what you want?

PPL come here to get rich quick ? Or where else do you see your own retirement?

Is retirement good? Or are you already making arrangements to do what you want to do after your retirement from the mainstream workforce?

How do you make your home home?

    • The FT ladies can be hired at office positions at a better rate of 1 work permit holder to 2 Singaporeans.

And that will bring the ladies shouting at MOM

Best Joke of all is these PHD holders spent most of their time Studying and come to Singapore with the least of work and relevant Field Experience.

Yup , they are Qualified to say they don't really know the topic until they are shown what to do ? (Are they here to do research or to Copycat and receive payment to feed their multiplying children back in their own countries?)

I never know that our government is so "concerned" for our safety leh! Wah... so damn proud and grateful of them!

Ha... if safety was a concern on KPE, they should not have built it. Want us to pay and get killed? Damn PAP!

I don't think slow speed prevents accidents.

Most of the time when cars are at slow speeds they are very close , nearly bumper to bumper. Then Accidents occur when they change lanes , some car have to jam brakes and the rear bumper gets broken.

Then there will be argument and slower traffic as the lanes will not be Enough in this instance.

Most of the time the grueling is part of the entertainment.

Looks like success is not easy , nor is there a plan to achieve from the "Protests" led by Dr CheeSJ,

Plans needs support , support needs sacrifice, sacrifice needs $$ , $$ needs to feed families.

    • Problem with Accepting that Camp life is "Like that one lor"

It is not a church and this is Singapore , Mix of Kacang Puteh and Rojak.

Nobody can treat U like your family does. You have to learn to be independent and figure out the jungle yourself , soon you will find that NS is nothing compared to the private sector.

Working  in the real Singapore flooded by sickening FTs that promises your bosses everything and delivers nothing then leave all the "Sai Kang to you" After it is done, they raise their heads higher than yours and demands more than you.

If we're not ready to face the world you can start now in NS working with true rojak people who have to earn our Citizenship.

    • Is this a weighing machine between 4 years Relationship and a new G-string?

For many other forumers who is from sgSexforums will say go for a fling with G-string then puppy back to the 4 year relationship?

Well, whichever path you get to choose, you get to live it once and learn from it.

Everyone have different paths to choose. At times when you let your own judgements cloud you, don't be clouded by other's judgements.

Here is the problem that many people see. If paid maternity leave is so long, are employers going to hire more married women with little or no children during their suitable fertility stage in life? Worst still, if you told them you are going to have a baby soon. Off the list you go.

Employers want to maximise their profits and cut costs. We all should understand this. But, here is the key issue, is the government providing enough to the employers to help in financing the paid maternity leave?

Should I say this? Wives during their maternity leave have no contribution at all to the company, unless their job scope allows them to work at home. They deserve the good rest. So, is the government covering the brunt of the maternity leave costs? Like providing more tax cuts, or directly offering the company money.

If the answer is no, I can safetly say that the policy has failed. biggrin.png

Actually for the Men, if you tell your interviewer that you are due for "RESERVIST" in the following month, or after the month you get rejected with a "you can wait for an answer."

The only way to reduce traffic is to reduce unwanted population from Singapore.

Cramming 8 million into the small island is their dream , coz that means 7% to10% Gst every day.

How to improve the Economy by not allowing people to reward themselves with Loaning out to own a car?

For the last wish "Entitled half of his assets" Probably there should be terms to go along with this enforcement. For example , she should prove that she had paid near to 1/2 of the assets she claims to be entitled to ? Otherwise claim on behalf of the child/children she bears. (Singapore lacks childbirth?)

People with $$ to afford his women not to work shouldn't have to live in fear. We want more men with $$$ to come to Singapore , not China MaMas with $$$.

    • Arts field, hmm... I'm not a specialist in this field, seems like a lot of arts students nowadays ..? flooding the market ?

Say it is not easy to be recognized in Arts circle. Getting overseas Exposure is very good. Make sure you can afford a branded arts school overseas, any local brands are like "nasi lemak".

Unless you very very good then go ahead don't spent your older days regretting what you could do when young.
