Yucks got the silly letter telling me that IHL students are no longer exempted from RT. Wonder which garang new idiot got into office and decided to put in this new thing. Well I guess you can't stop them from trying to make everyone hate them.

Anyway, I got a question. If I my window has already opened and I go take my IPPT now and fail before the 1 Oct 08, then will I still have to do RT? Or isit applicable only for those who fail after Oct 08?

well who knows what type of "hand" was laid on him. It can be a light touch or whatever but still he could have made a serious case out of it. Just say that that wo place his hand on me and I felt Extreme Pain and Discomfort akin to assualt/molest/outrage of modesty.
