my uncle told me this, if u are smoking in a shopping centre lobby bay, theres a sign that says, no smoking. u can tell them, that the sign u can buy from popular, only those signs that say no smoking BY LAW then the police can summon u. otherwise, only nea and the hotel management can fine u. proven and tested by my uncle friend.

yeah heard of it before too, but suay suay for my mgr 1 year before he can take license he have to wait until 18 yo. but 16 yo i think ride bike also abit dangerous.

Believe it or not, I was the youngest when I went to take my Basic and Final theory, and i got the "WTH?!" stare.. Lol
riding license = 2b = can get private instructor?
