All e COYs training are quite similar. Siong Coys vary with each intake given that most  coy are officer COYS which are NSF dominated and each commander would take abt 4 batches of recruits each nia before they ORD. How siong e coy largely depends on how cb yr sg/2LT are cos they  are e guys with u 24/7. 

NINJA/MOHAWK have toned down since its infamous days liao lah. Dont exaggerate that NINJA is that siong compartive to other coys lah.
