well, for all the neutrals, I bet they prefer a change to the top 4.and this guy can do it. with his money, he can "buy" what he wants.
and we may see more talented players coming in to EPL and that's to our benefits.
and also teams in EPL knows if they want to win, they have to work harder and win more so as to get more to spend more. a cycle.
but to me, the biggest joy is knowing that Roman can't just throw money cause there is another rich oiler in town..
