Everytime i plugged in my thumbdrive, i can't open the drive because it doesn't know what to open it with. So i used the flash disinfector and it worked. But recently, i found that everytime i unplug and plug in the thumbdrive, i will have to disinfect again so that my drive can be opened. Is that a way to just disinfect it once only? Thanks.

According to MS, that's a kernel mode trap error. Since you are having this error... you will need to check your hardware.

1. Shut down your computer. Wait for at least 1 minute.

2. Remove the CPU casing. Take out all sticks of RAM, leaving one stick. Wait for at least 1 minute again and start up the computer.

If nothing happens... try with another stick.

Then try both sticks of RAM together. Swap the RAM sticks around to see if there are problems. Do this until you get hit with the same error.

I just encountered this problem. (lots of problem with my pc these days)

• My operating system is XP.
  I wasn''t running any file.
  
• I was doing nothing on the computer as i was leaving my house for an errand. The pc was left being switched on, and before i left everything was ok. I only saw the BSOD when i came home.
  
• downloaded oogle updater, installed spybot search and destroy.

This is what i got. Sorry can't get any info about the file, code or something. It was like this (splitted into 2 parts) when i came home.

Hmmm... i encountered some problems while installing norton security scan through google updater.

The program didn't state what's the problem actually. So i clicked "learn more" and 3 options were given. The first option is to install it through norton's install wizard. The second option is to fix it later. The third option is to not install the program.

I clicked the first option and it led me to the installation. However, a problem occured.

I had no idea what's internal error 2753.Nss.exe. I clicked ok and the program just mentioned that the installation ended prematurely.

Hmmm, i think i experience the same thing as well. I was using the pc this morning and it suddenly hanged. I rebooted the pc but to no avail as the monitor won't work. The monitor light will blink  and i have to switch on and off the main switch to get it started.

CPU is doing fine. No loose wire connection as i have check them already.

Last download, if i am not wrong, is google pack. But i don't think that affected my pc because this problem occured a while back. After that, everything was fine until today.

OS  is XP.

Press Delete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.

May i know am i suppose to delete the whole HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SymNRT\LTM?

erm xp. I had a hard drive change some time in nov last year. Is this counted as the answer to your question? Sorry i know little about all these.

Yea, saw it in the list of programs. Besides that, it sometimes launches itself to do some occasional scanning.
