I don't really get it guys. IMF meeting doesnt actually consists of all guys in a meeting mah. theres also ladies as well. So y are the agencies only targeting young local women instead of giving guys a chance too?

3D 2N will be abit rush, cos u will need to spend at least a day in ocean park if u plan to visit that place. theres so many places in HK to visit u might not have the time to finish off everything in 3D2N. The best solution i can give u is, upon reaching HK, fix urself up with a tour grp for 1 day so u get to see most of the attractions for at least awhile. Shop urself, cos a tour grp will only give u abit of time for shopping which is definately not enuff.

a brief highlights on what they actually do in SOF. they run like no1's business along changi beach, they do physical training like no1's business in CDO camp. Their chin ups have many pattern 1 and their ippt standard of chinups is very very different from our usual chin ups. On and off they will carry the rubber boat and run from in camp compounds to outside of the camp and usually wun come back for the next 2-3 hours. the SOFs i've seen are all bulky in size. they have a very very very very nice armskote which i dreamt of working in when i was in CDO camp. once u are an SOF member, ppl in CDO camp will see u as some1 much superior than they are.

i hardly see any lobo time for them except for meal times. and yes u have to be a regular to join them.

If u are realli interested to go for the selection and wana know how's the trial like. Think of 5xCDO selection test. its 5 times harder. and of cos every yr like the divers and CDOs and i think the guards too, the SOF will have 1 hell week, and their hell week is worse than hell. Mental preparations is a must to have + a very good body endurance.
