Change your rice and noodles to have more meat/protein. Then go to the gym and work out as well, over time you will put on weight. :) Don't worry you won't be able to get to the size of body builders, because its not easy getting to that size in the first place.

Hi all,
Waited for a friend inside Outram MRT today and he was late for more than an hour. When I got out later at Boon Lay, I couldn't exit and there was a tag which mentioned 'Overstay' on the access gate panels. So was just wondering how long do I need to remain inside the MRT station before I'm considered overstaying and also there is a charge for overstaying right? Because I realised my ez-link amount decreased but quite a substantial amount after exiting.

Well protein with glucose should be ok, but then again, I feel that protein is best used to build muscles, in this case, HIIT doesn't really build any muscles, so you're kinda wasting your protein anyway. However, I've read somewhere that its actually ok to take protein for recovery, but protein is expensive to me since I'm not working, so I'll avoid taking protein after running.

btw u typo error or wad? itching or aching?
This is not true. You do not have to feel your muscles aching to know you trained enough. The best gauge is of course lifting heavier weights the next time round. I too do not feel much muscle ache after I gym, yet my lifts have increased steadily after every workout.

Eat more meat like chicken breast. Everyday I'm eating close to 500g of chicken breast and 10 eggs (of course I have fruits and vege also la). So far have put on 2 kg in 3 weeks.
Of course I also hit the gym 3 times a week la. So the meat provides the protein for the muscles.
