I agreed with you that some road name that can be quite confusing,e.g:Maju Avenue and Maju Drive,Seraya crescent and Seraya Road,they are distant apart.
However,as a Taxi Shifu,you should do your homework on those HDB roads ,avenue and streets,cos ,ultimately,most of your passengers came from there!
For most of housing estate,street number indicates the neighbourhood it belonged to ,Street 51,52 mean they are at neighbourhood 5,or block number 5xx,street 12,13 mean they are at neighbourhood 1,or block 1xx,and so on..

Actually, singapore should build a mulit-storey, controlled enviroment farms.
Like a high-rise building used for farming, with hydro-ponics and aero-ponics technology.
The problem is...it is VERY energy intensive. So...we need a very reliable energy source when fossil fuels and natural gas is running low.

We have same thoughts.
Since we are planning for 6.5 mil population,i think food is the top priority for us.
We can have NEwater,we have world first underground Ammo storage,i think high tech farming should
not be a problem for us.

Something strange... Liverpool and Arsenal to play each other 3 times in almost a week... On the 1/2 , 5 and 8/9...
Liverpool is in good form to play champion league games,with Arsenal playing 3 times with them in a week,i am afraid Arsenal will drop point in premier league game too.At the end,Arsenal might not get anything.:(
