entire orchard till city hall no lighting. no one seems to have noticed, either they wanna cut cost or they overspent for christmas.
they try to divert attention on this issue by emphasising on the chingay at marina bay and mentioned chinatown has lighting...
(the fact is, every year we have chingay and every year chinatown is lighted up!)
really dark orchard... was there 12.30am for midnight show... pitch black.

This year, during the first day of our CNY, i went orchard road. Its dark like hell. I was really surprised. Did anyone noticed that they didnt light up orchard at all for chinese new year??? Yet they over light the entire damn place for christmas. I didnt know we're becoming more and more ang mohs... Wrote a mail to STB/ HBD they escaped the question and just pointed out 'o we got chingay got chinatown lightings etc.'
really sad... i hope all the sg people can voice this out by giving your feedbacks at their website regarding about this issue. i honestly, seriously dont think its right to ignore such an important festival.

just need some feedbacks... i used to be a photographer
but mainly i'm a designer, running my own company. i still like photography but then its more of a hobby thingy. in my current job i need camera (which i no longer own anymore coz not much time, yet am dying to own one) for taking products shot etc.
so i was thinking of purchasing a set of camera + lightings... then i got this thought, why not spare 1 room of mine out and set it up as a photo studio to take coverlooks for teenagers. (currently my house has 1 room set up as home office, SOHO).
just wondering such a home set up, will teenagers be willing to pay for photoshoot? most will think its some kind of scam or porno or some bad stuffs right? what if its cheap? will you as a consumer try it out?

man i've been surfing the site a lot. often i come across images posted by people that put names to the models in the picture where they dont even know them and fake as if they know them.
stop claiming you know the girls in the pictures for gods sake. esp the poster icebabi, she always claims someone is from some secondary school of hers/his. i think hes suffering from serious delusional injury hahaha....

at least to me they're worth 5k. not 'FREE'
not to mention travel expenses, pampered resort stay, thats
probably gonna cost more then 5k. please talk with your brain
working. (fyi i dont stay in cheap hotels or even your average
5 star hotels. i stay in bungalows.)
