No such this as buy Chemical off the shelves.x2. i work as an analyst in a lab. we procure various chemicals all the time. u dont buy these kinda chemicals off the shelf. its not like going to the pharmacy and buying drugs liddat.
especially for dangerous and poisonous substances, civilian cannot get it in singapore. only registered companies can get it and mus apply permit first.
if u really wan do such wierd stuff, which i recommend not to since u're nt trained in handling these chemicals, u can go to ur sch lab tech and ask him or her to lend u the lab for some experiments, wif his supervision of course..... or better still, can ask ur teacher.

gpa is not necessary a factor to enter. if u r diploma holder, u need a relevant cert in order to get in too. some uni accept students wif good cca records or sportmen representative who can bring glory to them too.isnt that everything
