A kind of pill called Diane35. It has conceptrative purposes, but it eases the cramps, and improves facial complexion.
Other then that, a really warm rubber flask over the belly does soothe the pain when it cramps too much. Western medicine tend to surpress, neglect and delay the root of the problem, but I believe Chinese medicine, though slow and often a hassle to prepare and boil, nips the root. ; j
